Sample template. This page describes what this software does with data and orders, as shipped. It is not legal advice: the store operator adapts it to their business and jurisdiction, and has it reviewed, before going live.
Card payments go through Stripe Checkout. You enter your card on Stripe's page; Pelma never receives or stores card numbers. Stripe also issues the invoice for each order.
The contact form emails your name, email address and message to the store's inbox, with your address as the reply address. The store does not keep the message anywhere else.
When you subscribe, we email you a confirmation link. Your address is saved, with the time you confirmed, only after you open that link and press Confirm. The unsubscribe link removes it.
Clerk's cookies keep you signed in. Your cart and wishlist are saved in your browser's local storage, on this device only, until you order or empty them. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
You can see your addresses and orders in your account, and change your name, email and password in your profile. To have your account, addresses or orders deleted, contact us using the details on the Contact page. Orders may be kept for as long as the law requires for accounting.
